ASUS Unveils Formulate Maximus III.

ASUS now decide to throw some light on a couple of undocumented features.
Before coming to this, a quick reminder of the table. The Maximus Formula III, part of ASUS 'Republic of Gamers range, will be the ultra high-end P55 peak for Intel socket LGA1156 launch next month - including the Core i5 and technology-based Core Lynnfield i7s more later also.

Red, black and white has the edge aesthetics meet with several players, and it is armed with three x16 PCIe expansion of output - support both SLI and crossfire on single x16 or dual x8 configuration. All the 16-processor busy corridor in the third PCIe x16 chips is to facilitate and work in x4.When the architecture of the Intel CPU, leaving no need to create IOH (input / output hub), there is still much work - and this is the place to help dual-channel memory, while the tri-channel layout found in most X58 boards.
This is a board full impact of high-end features, but that could prove his biggest problem. ASUS not announced prices, but would not be surprised to see this card get near the £ 200 mark. If so, the amateur may be inclined to take the step to full-fat X58.
